Blogging Junky
We have had this website for quite some time now and I have just recently become some sort of twisted blog junky! I am not sure what happened but after I realized that other people have blogs too then I started jumping from one blog to the next, finding friends that I never knew had blogs…and then moving on to reading about people I don’t even know! Laughing with them crying with them (seriously.) It is kind a neat way to keep up with people that you don’t get to talk to very often. I get to read about Cooper and Alisha’s family and their free trip to Disney on Ice and the whole poop fiasco in the tub, I watched Tim bash his head into the light fixture while playing soccer in the house with Jackson, I can see where Amy and Burgess are going on their honeymoon…Marzee, you need a blog now. Having a blog really is a great way to keep in touch with those you don’t get to see very often. I don’t feel so out of the loop when I can hear about and see pictures of everyone’s lives. Technology is great when used right! Now I just need to balance the time I spend on the computer with the time I spend doing housework :)
My husband is at work right now. I miss him. It’ll be nice when he will have a set schedule and won’t have to work until 10 pm! He only does it once a week, but still! Ok, time to go scrub the bathroom, wish me luck! Love you all!!

Glad you are getting into it. It is just one way that I try to connect each day with you guys. I love it when there is a new entry. When you move to California I’m going to be a regular addict!!!

I wouldn’t call my wife a junkie yet, but she’s well on her way. Recently I’ve heard her say almost the exact same things you said here.
The blog addiction can hit you suddenly, without warning, out of the blue, unexpectedly, unawares and perhaps even when you least expect it.
So be careful.

I just put Jackson down for his nap so you know what time it is…time for me to get my blogging fix in for the day! I love that I have someone to share my obsession with! Oh, and I was cracking up when you were talking about reading people’s blogs who you don’t even know – I guess I’m not alone! ; )

yeah – i was looking at some stranger’s blog the other day – one of coop’s and alisha’s friend. Jon came in and was like, “do you know these people?!” Nope – I’m just weird. He rolled his eyes at me and left the room to find something more interesting to do. What’s more interesting? JK. Yeah – maybe I’ll get a blog some day.
To let you know what’s up with us though . . . . Jon’s got a contract working for the Oregonian again as a distributor – and we’re both registering for school in January. He’ll be going full time, me half. He’ll major in something business related – haven’t figured out what exactly yet – me – I think I’m going for an english degree – I’ve been bitten by the writing bug and have started researching stuff for a book idea. I haven’t been excited about something in a long time . . . . so I’m enjoying the challenge of the idea. So – that’s it for now. Thanks for the shout out!

I was going to say I feel the same but apparently my husband already spoke for me! The only thing keeping me from being a junkie and you know, spending time looking at blogs of people I don’t know, is that we don’t have the internet at home so I have very limited time. Your blog is always a priority though. Love the pictures and the updates. Oh, and in the picture on our blog, Jenelle was just in snow stuff and panties! Thanks to some suggestions from Marzee, she is totally potty trained now and doesn’t wear diapers. She says they’re yucky. Amen to that.
