Playing

Here we are playing. My mom wanted a picture of Preston in his “rocket ship” and “gobbles” so we went outside to see what we could get. Here is Preston looking like such the little boy. I love it! On Saturday we watched Toy Story 3 and for a second we thought, “Hey! There is Preston’s rocket ship!” because there was one that looked almost exactly like this one. I guess we all start getting creative with kids…even to the point where we use garbage for entertainment :)

And below we have Preston with his adorable preschool class! This was their Thanksgiving feast and they made special hats and sang some songs for mom and dad! It was so cute.

Our Little Chunk

Ada went in for a doctor appointment yesterday and here are her stats at 5 months:

Height: 25.5 inches- 75th percentile

Weight: 17 lbs 8 oz- 90th percentile

Head: 16.25 inches- 25th percentile

She has her mothers pea head and carries her rolls quite nicely under her clothes.

Apparently she and I have the same baby bod. Mine was pretty similar to this!

P.S. We’ll get some crazy Preston up here soon too!

Halloween

12:03 pm by Janelle. Filed under: News

We had lots of Halloween festivities this time around…we got good use out of the costumes. Preston was set on being Batman (no idea when he learned about Batman…preschool probably…) so we found a costume on Craigslist. Though, when it came time for the actual day of Halloween he had already wore it to at least 3 other events and that day at church a sweet lady in our ward gave Preston some clothes and in the bag was a Buzz Lightyear costume so he ended up wearing that over to my uncle and aunt’s where we set up our own little family Halloween Party. I think the kids had a lot of fun and definitely got PLENTY of candy.

All dressed up for preschool:
